Having conducted in excess of 12,000 auctions and selling over 15 billion dollars worth of real estate, Andrew is exceptionally well versed in selling residential, commercial, industrial and retail assets.

Tailoring each aspect of the auction experience to suit the agent and the property, Andrew’s vibrant energy and sense of urgency creates an exciting and fast-paced environment to motivate and inspire buyers.

Kate Cooley, with over 10 years experience in the real estate industry, is the backbone of Avenue Auctions. As Operations & Accounts Manager, Kate ensures smooth sailing of all facets of business, by combining her extensive understanding of the residential and commercial market with her proactive and personable nature.

Overseeing operations with her diligent, professional and approachable essence, Kate is an invaluable member of the Avenue team.

Samantha Biddlecombe

Executive Assistant

Sam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the auction industry. As the primary organizer and manager of our flagship auction room at the Avenue Sutherland Shire, Cronulla RSL, she is responsible for ensuring that all auctions run smoothly and efficiently. Sam’s keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills enable her to oversee all aspects of the auction process, from scheduling to logistics and beyond.

In addition to her role at the Avenue Sutherland Shire, Sam is also responsible for recording and maintaining all auction results and data at all in-room auction venues across Sydney that team Avenue host. Her meticulous record-keeping and analytical abilities ensure that our clients have access to accurate, up-to-date information on all property auctions.
